Is it June Already?

Wow, June huh? It's a fun time for me and to be honest it is hard to find the minutes to write online. You all mean the World to me and there is no excuse. I'm sorry it's been so long.

iMagicLab is amazing, still growing like gangbusters and in 45 days we all pick up and move East to Owings Mills, Maryland. Why you say? Why move lock, stock and barrel to the far east? I could make it exciting and tell you about the lower labor costs, affordable housing and high-speed train to NYC. Or I could mention the proximity to the seat of power in D.C. or all of my friends in beloved North Carolina (David and Shelly this means you). I could say all those things, but it would be a lie: I'm moving for my kids (www.latman.org).

I could take a shot at my ex-wife here but most of you know that story :). It is critical that I am there because I am a 50% parent and I think Alisa and I provide a stable environment for the kids to grow up in. All three of my kids are amazing (did I show you www.latman.org?), drop dead gorgeous (like my wife Alisa) and I believe on the right path in life. Unlike in my childhood where divorce pushed me in the wrong direction, I am completely committed to my kids learning from my mistakes. So far so good, but we've got a lot of homework to do...

Thanks for all the emails and although I can't write back to all of you please know that I appreciate the thoughts and prayers. I don't know why I deserve all the support you have given me during the custody battle, but you were there. Then after I was sentenced to probation for hiding my ex-wifes wedding ring during our bankruptcy, you were still there. Each and every last one of you have a very special place in my heart. I wouldn't have made it without you and I am eternally grateful.
